Pastor Tommy Fountain Sr.
Senior Pastor
Bro. Tommy has been in the Gospel Ministry for 45 years! He has been full-time Pastor at 1025 Church (Formerly Grace) since August 2013. Bro. Tommy and his wife, Dianne, reside in Gratis. They have two preacher sons, Tommy Fountain, Jr. (Baptist Collegiate Campus Minister at UGA) and Stephen Fountain (Pastor, FBC Buford), and six grandchildren. Bro. Tommy has served actively at every level in Southern Baptist life. He is known as a conservative leader across our state and in the convention. He most recently served as Chairman of the Georgia Baptist Executive Committee. He also serves as Chaplain for the Monroe Police Department and the Monroe Area High School Football Team.
Jo Jo Leach
Campus Pastor at 1025 Church Statham
Pastor Jo Jo has been serving in ministry since December 2008. On May 1, 2018, he joined 1025 Church as the NextGen Pastor. Since 2023, he has served as the Campus Pastor for the Statham Campus. Pastor Jo Jo earned his Master’s Degree in Ministry from Luther Rice College & Seminary in 2023. Since stepping into the role of Campus Pastor, God has opened doors for him to serve as Chaplain for both the Statham Police Department and the Winder-Barrow Varsity Football Team. He and his wife, Whitney, are blessed with three children: Sadie, Lawson, and Berkley.
Nick Chambers
Executive Pastor
Pastor Nick served as Student Pastor at 1025 Church from 2012-2016. In December 2016, Nick became the Missions Pastor. And, in 2024, he became our Executive Pastor. Nick and his wife, Megan, have three children: Kyle, Wyatt, and Ava.
Cason Brown
Student Pastor
Cason became the Full-Time Student Pastor at 1025 Church in January of 2023. Cason is a 2022 graduate of Truett McConnell University. He is also very active leading FCA and is married to Alicia.
Dawn Parker
Pastor's Assistant
Ms. Dawn began serving at 1025 Church in February of 2014. During that time, Dawn has served as the team leader for the 1025 Media Team and the 316 Kids Ministry. Her primary ministry is serving as the Senior Pastor's Assistant and handling finances. Dawn has 8 nieces and nephews... Abigail, her oldest niece, resides with her in Campton.
Ben Statham
Associate Pastor/Worship Leader - Statham
Ben serves full-time as Associate Pastor/Worship Leader at 1025 Church at the Statham Campus. Ben also serves with the Baptist Collegiate Ministries at UGA. Ben joined the 1025 Ministry Team in May of 2023. He is married to Maddie!
Melissa Krumpach
Children's Director - Monroe
Ms. Melissa serves as the Children's Director for 1025 Church. Melissa and her husband, Anthony, have three children: Thomas, Landon, and Ella.
Jack and Anna White
Facilities Manager/ Worship Leader
Jack and Anna were married in 2024! Jack White came on staff full time in 2022. Jack serves as Manager of Faith and Facilities! Anna came on staff full time in April 2021. Anna serves as Worship Leader at our Monroe Campus!
Jessica Chambers
Church Chef/ Lead Pianist
Jessica serves as the Executive Chef and Lead Pianist at 1025 Church. Jessica is married to Josh and they have 4 children: Joshua, Mikey, Isaac, and Silas.
Michael Snyder
Children's Director - Statham
Michael serves at the Children's Director at our Statham Campus and also serves with FCA in Barrow County! Michael is married to Michelle!
